이 약관은 Chu Explorer(이하 「앱」)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 앱은 소규모 팀 내부에서 사용하는 비공개 Windows용 파일 탐색기로, 무료로 제공됩니다.
앱은 배포자가 직접 제공한 사용자만 이용할 수 있습니다. 사용자는 앱을 설치·실행함으로써 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
구글 캘린더 연동은 선택 기능이며, 사용자가 직접 「구글 캘린더 연결」을 누르고 허용한 경우에만 동작합니다. 사용자는 언제든지 앱의 설정 ▸ 캘린더 ▸ 「연결 해제」 또는 구글 계정 ▸ 타사 연결에서 연동을 끊을 수 있습니다. 구글 데이터의 처리 방법은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
사용자는 앱을 관련 법령과 구글 서비스 약관에 맞게 사용해야 하며, 앱을 이용해 타인의 데이터에 무단으로 접근하거나 앱을 변조·재배포해서는 안 됩니다.
앱은 「있는 그대로」 제공됩니다. 배포자는 앱이 중단 없이 또는 오류 없이 동작한다고 보증하지 않습니다. 파일 작업(복사·이동·삭제·동기화 등)을 하기 전에 중요한 데이터는 따로 백업해 두시기 바랍니다.
관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 배포자는 앱의 사용 또는 사용 불가로 인해 발생한 데이터 손실이나 그 밖의 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
배포자는 필요한 경우 이 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 이 페이지에 게시한 때부터 효력이 있습니다. 사용자는 언제든지 앱을 삭제하고 구글 연동을 해제하여 이용을 종료할 수 있습니다.
Purpose. These terms govern the use of Chu Explorer (the "App"), a private, free file explorer for Windows used within a small team.
Eligibility. The App may be used only by users to whom the distributor has provided it. By installing or running the App, users agree to these terms.
Google account connection. Connecting Google Calendar is optional and happens only when the user clicks "Connect Google Calendar" and grants access. Users may disconnect at any time in the App (Settings ▸ Calendar ▸ Disconnect) or at Google Account ▸ Third-party connections. Google data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
User obligations. Users must use the App in compliance with applicable laws and Google's Terms of Service, and must not use it to access others' data without authorization, or modify or redistribute it.
Disclaimer. The App is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Back up important data before file operations (copy, move, delete, sync).
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, the distributor is not liable for data loss or other damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
Changes and termination. These terms may be updated; changes take effect when posted on this page. Users may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and disconnecting Google.
